<b>Built (S2E5):</b> San Antonio Native David Adelman on the Allure of Older Buildings

AREA Real Estate’s founder, David Adelman, is a developer in the San Antonio area with a deep appreciation for the history around him. So when given the opportunity to redevelop and restore the historic Borden Dairy building into food and beverage, retail, and office space he jumped at the chance. The grand opening is expected this fall and while projects like this are intended to be profitable, the Jewish concept of 'tikkun olam' or ‘repair the world' is another big driver of his career.
