Joe Cosenza is one of four founding partners of The Inland Real Estate Group, a Chicagoland based R.E.I.T. that has purchased close to $52 billion worth of real estate and almost 4000 properties in the U.S. Joe shares what makes Inland unique, what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, and how teaching fourth grade helped prepare him to become the vice chairman of one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the U.S.
